Our “Innova Village” property in Linda Vista consists of a single family home at the very front of the property, and uses the large lot in back for the construction of 12 ADUs, and provides for parking as well.

Our Park Avenue property in San Ysidro is currently in the building design stage. We’ll be doing our own design for the 24 units. A similar multifamily project in the area can be seen above.
