Partners Gregg, Art and Pat remodeled this Kensington house from top to bottom as a Fix and Flip.

It took a little longer than we anticipated to sell, with a cancelled escrow along the way, but we are now very close to closing our sale escrow!

Before we close, we’re inviting some people to the house so they can see the “after” condition and what was done.

We’ll briefly talk about house flipping opportunities, and will discuss a few of our ADU and multiunit projects, and possible investment opportunities there as well.
